Fostering Brilliance
This week we saw deep bonds forming between our F1 students, and wonderful collaboration manifesting. While our F2 to S6 students wrote exams, our youngest students took part in a week of engaging and fun learning activities designed to strengthen bonds between students, immerse them in design thinking and get them ready and excited for their years to come at UTS. Ontario Literacy Test Results
OSSLT results (primarily M4 Students) will be available on the UTS Parent Portal this Friday, June 14.
The OSSLT is scored out of 400; above 300 is a passing grade. Unfortunately, the Ministry does not provide UTS with specific breakdowns of scores or individual tests; as such, we can not provide further feedback other than total score.
Please reach out to Alan Kraguljac at alan.kraguljac@utschools.ca with questions or concerns.
Space Still Available for Maximum City Summer Camp
The exciting Maximum City Connected Communities program, in collaboration with students from Frankfurt, Germany, still has a few spots available for UTS students (open to students who are M3 and up as of September 2024).
This outstanding opportunity delivers hands-on learning and helps young people to reimagine their city.
Hosted at UTS, the week-long program from June 24 to 28 features daily trips to sites of exceptional urbanism with local experts.
For more information or to enroll, email director Josh Fullan at josh@maximumcity.ca or Richard Cook racook@utschools.ca.
